我啱啱買左個Alexander McQueen 袋，入左promotion code,但佢冇比extra 20%discount已過數，打電話去customer service又唔通，live chat又話冇operator available,唔知點算好

我個都係sale item,但佢入完promotion code又冇apply button,佢又冇話我個promotion code唔啱，就直接過左數，最奇怪係打佢個customer service hotline係個中國人接電話話我打錯，email又未覆，大拿拿爭成千幾蚊

我買o個時係有個apply button架
o係入code 既右邊呀無記錯既話, 好似唔係寫"apply"係"add", 差唔多既嘢

Step 1: shipping address
Step 2: billing address and credit card info
Step 3: promo code and review
最後先俾discount後個價錢你睇再confim order, 應該唔會直接俾錢架
唯有不斷試架咋

無咗promote code差好多...
如果唔肯幫你退既話可以free refund, 但會蝕咗USD32運費
