大豆芽炒豆腐卜 $9

豆卜 4兩
紅蘿蔔 數片(optional)
薑 2片
燒酒 1大湯匙
醬油 2-3湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1湯匙
水 200ml
1. 大豆芽洗淨去根放筲箕瓊乾水,燒熱一鍋滾水下豆卜熄火襟蓋焗諗。
2. 撈起已焗諗豆卜放小筲箕放涼後搾乾水份。
3. 熱油鑊下油2大湯匙,下薑2片爆香後下大豆芽紅蘿蔔片爆炒片刻,下燒酒、醬油、鹽、糖兜勻,下水燒滾後下豆卜襟蓋轉慢火煮大約15min。
4. 要煮到大豆芽諗先好味,如水乾可加水,可加小許麻油更潻風味。
