I am thinking of employing local part-time now. I have no knowledge of the market.

Would anyone advise me if it is easy to hire a reliable local part-time? Monday to Thursday after 4pm (to about 8pm) - only preparing dinner for 3 and cleaning. What's the market rate? Where can I get it?
