咁係咩意思,係咪即係話工人的rest day (sat or sun), can be no paid if both agree. 咁如果真係相方同意的話,個工人salary
咪less than $3480 law.... (我唔係打算咪做,只不過好奇怪果度咁寫,好奇想知道吓佢係咪真係咁的意思.)
Ans: Yes, ER and EE can make a mutual agreement on whether the rest day is paid or not.
