I remembed that the MCH nurse did not recommend the intake of food other than milk before the age of 6 months. This is to avoid causing allergy to the babies digestive system. Letting them eat food other than milk may induce 致敏原 in their body.
I let my elder son try Earth's BEst rice cereal with my milk last time. THis time, I'll also let my younder son try it after he as reached 6 months
