I didn't have teech pain but i did have serious headache at the early stage and my doc said it's perfectly ok to have the 普通個隻必理痛, it's safe.
Besides he also suggested me to go to dentist to watch my teeth when i was 4-5mths cos he said it's both good for myself and baby to kill the bateria inside my mouth.
