I live in Siu Sai Wan, too. I can tell you "no". We went to Redhill Plaza (on the way to Stanley, do you know where?). And the playgroup for babies at this age requires mummy's participation, do you have to go to work?

小西灣富怡花園 - 康傑幼稚園有PLAYGROUP , 妳可以去問吓 !
