用電熱水煲煲水是否較用煤氣煲水省電?

工人每天都用煤氣煲水數次, she uses hot water to clean the bowls, plates before use. Just like we go to yum cha at Chinese restaurant. This is her habit. Propose to buy a 電熱水煲 if this will save the amount on gas bill. Can anyone share their experience?
