有無人可以幫我呀?

1) 我想知工傷係咪要判傷?

2) 判傷係咪保險公司找醫生黎睇個傷所胃好翻，但會喪失工作程度而作出賠償?

3) 如任何一方覺得個傷不是所講的...那會點?

4) 如果只是傷了而喪失部份工作能力又會點計?

仲有無其他野? 我隻右手無力....伸唔直、又唔可以沖涼刷背...甚至因為就住隻右手...連左邊背同肩，手都感覺痛楚°

唔該話我知，我其實好申苦...又返唔到工，但又周身痛，好似個癈人咁。

你可以打去勞工處問吓！工傷一定要報勞工處架,保障自己，同埋可以搵律師都得,律師費唔係好貴，贏左,律師費由保險公司比架！

無即時睇...我們的工作經常會有大大小小的傷，我起初以為搽下去瘀膏、跌打藥便可。

約個多星期，兩樣試完，發現好轉不大，最後去了急症，等了良久，照了X光...斷了手爭前的骨，但相信樣似裂。

醫生睇完比了假紙，我WHATSAPP上司我發現隻手有事，現要開始放假。

當時受傷由約二樓高的位置跌下，跌了下來時，係有同事見到我跌了下來...

我起初還以為只是大腿踵瘀了罷....原來，眼角有損，幸好沒大礙，只是好翻有一小印。

我在急症時都有同醫生講我為何那麼遲才來看醫生。佢聽到我有眼角損，要我打破傷風針...救命呀，我最怕的是打針，我寧死。怕得要死，一聽到要打針，整個人薑硬了。


我等了個多月，公司終於同勞工處報了工傷，咁你們知唔知係點架?

回覆：工傷

勞工署會有信寄俾你，證明開左 case

最好睇政府，私家要通知公司，因為可能有指定，如大公司包醫療就一定睇公司醫生

所有收據假紙要 keep copy, 會有勞工署打嚟跟，好返晒復工通知勞工署，佢先約你判傷，再俾公司交保險，保險公司會出個賠償額，唔夠公司要墊底

如你或公司覺得唔合理，再彈返去勞工署再判傷 or 保險公司要求去佢其下既醫生再睇，又再交勞工署，總之要雙方同意金額先 close

i don't want to make the shop got any trouble, the shop mgr still can say treat me not too bad.

reason why i climb that high is looking for something for the customer so urgently, they always chase want the accessories at once, just like already next to us.

i wonder if my hand cannot be completely recover, up to now more than 2mths, still pain, some position cannot place, cannot touch tap water, it will make my joint of fingers pain and freeze, not really as powerful as before, just got 20% of my left hand.

start from the early beginning, i find the ER probably u can say it under HA.

what i want to say is that "the insurance company" called me yesterday and want to have appointment next week.

under without think about whether it is on the right track to do so, i confirm their request.... after one hr, i wonder, there is no medium people, all people are under insurance company.

i wonder they can diagnoise me completely recover! which may not true, and it is not fair for me, and it is not a must. i checked with labor dept, i can refuse to attend the appointment.

so, i called the insurance company and leave message to cancel the appointment. so unfair to treat staff like that....

NOT under labor law and no medium people in the appointment, NO WAY!

beware, not to attend such appointment, it is not a must, i check with labor dept. if u got any query check with labor dept before action, don't put yourself in a bad situation.
