my two cents :
All these are good areas, MRT reachable, with many kindergartens. So it really depends on where your office is, any particular school your have in mind etc.
I used to live in Novena - convenient, two stations from Orchard. Down side is realtively expensive, and I don't like that there are so many hospitals around, so I moved to Newton.
