If I employed an Indo maid ( she just finished her contract on 6/7 ), is she need to go back to Indonesia within 14 days ?
My agent asked me that no need for her to go back to Indonesia this time. However, if she worked for me over 1 year, I need to let her emigrate from H.K. to other country (anytime could come back), Is it OK ?
