第1份填:
-. 當天入境的物品.
-. FORM上面我TICK了additional list of goods (other) 同goods to follow (yes)
第2份填:
-. 之後ship的物品 (desciption by items便可)
**如: FURNITURES / HOUSEHOLD ITEMA / CLOTHING / ELECTRICAL ITEMS / JEWELLERY & WATCHES / OTHERS...**
**要 mark down value 同自行mark down total value.

其實呢個表可自己create.
