本地印印今日出visa, 即刻話想聖誕節返鄉下放假!!!! [複製鏈接]

因我急請工人, 經朋友介紹請左一個本地完約印印姐姐, 今日去入境處出visa. 下午佢打電話俾我, 話個官同佢講要一年內出一次境, 佢想聖誕返印尼探屋企人!!!???

請問:
1. 有無 mummy 試過禁快俾工人放假?
2. 如果真係放俾佢, 係咪扣大假定放無薪假?
3. 機票邊個俾錢??
4. 仲有咩要注意嫁??

請幫忙俾d意見 !!! Thank you!!!

我就一定唔會比佢放,放左返來又要驗身,帶佢上大陸就ok啦.

如你給她放假返印尼,機票當然唔比又未完約,唔好扣大假,扣薪.

邊有d咁嘢架 ~ 個官同佢講要一年內出一次境???

搵鬼信咩!不過佢地係應該做滿一年就放嗰7日有薪大假就真!千其唔好自己諗住將呢14日係最尾同個工人扣假及早走,因為好似係犯法架;如果工人同意呢14日係最尾扣假及早走,你最好同勞工署/入境署查證吓先,如果ok都要佢預先簽訂協議。
不過你印印會唔會未開工已想搵你笨? 咁嘅工人用唔用得過...?

She said she have not seen her brother for 4 years, and her brother will go back home at christmas, so she wants to see her that time. She accepts no pay leave and she will also buy tickets herself. But thanks for your remind, i have to pay for her body check when she comes back.

I asked my agent, they said she may go to China/Macau when she works for nearly a year and get the working visa for the remaining year. The agent has one day tour to Macau for around $600.

My C6 does not mind she take no pay leave but I told her I don't have annual leave myself so probably cannot release her in Christmas. If she really miss her family, i think i will let her go back in the next year's summer vocation. At least, she will work for me a year at that time !!!
