我有3個小朋友(3,5,9 yrs),我諗住過2-3年會移民去加拿大,有啲問題希望大家可以幫到我,thanks:

1)會用投資移民方法,因為我想慳錢,係咪一定要搵agent?
2)移民去邊度好?溫哥華,多倫多.......,其實我心目中去唔想
太多華人嘅社區,但要有比較好的公立校網)
3)每個月$5000加幣,夠唔夠一家五口嘅開支.(唔需要計租樓開支)

HELLO, 大家好~~
我有個2歲3個月大既囡囡..
而家陀住個3個月大既BB..
其實心情比起陀囡囡為差..
可能始終有D問題未解決..
亦都知道呢個問題係細BB出世前都未必解決到..
所以心情更加差.. 唉~~
總之一言難盡!!!

岩岩收到囡囡PRESCHOOL既信..
FULL晒, 仲未有位...
而家都唔知點算好~~~
有無PRESCHOOL好介紹?
最好近COQUITLAM, BBY都OK既..
PLEASE... THZ A LOT.

各位好呀, 我係由多倫多回流人仕，e家consider退休搬去温哥華，想請問温哥華的醫療係點架，聽講要自己買medical insurance，但多倫多係唔洗架，可唔可以比d資料我呀!

All BC residents are covered under the MSP program with a monthly fee of $108 for family. However, when you move to the province, there is a 3 month wait before your MSP coverage is active and you would need private insurance for the gap period. Private insurance can be purchased from most major insurance company or Pacific Blue Cross.

吓退咗休都無嘢做仲要一個月108元/family。請問除insurance外仲有無其他必要的expenses呢? 以多倫多我哋唔洗medical, 每個月就係自己的洗費，另如有屋要比land tax. 仲有, 請問温哥華的天氣係咪真係成日落雨架?

There is premium assistance for low income individuals. However, new residents are not eligible for assistance during the 1st yr (or 1st 6 months??)

MSP covers doctor visits, medical tests and hospital stays... but you have to pay for dental, eye glasses and paramedics....

In Ontario, they have payroll tax and land tax. It is deducted from your payroll from your take home pay automatically.

Yes, it does rain quite a bit in the winter... but much better than the bitter cold of Toronto....

GoCanucksGo , 唔該曬你呀。請問你在温哥華住咗幾耐呀? 我都因為唔鐘意多倫多的天氣所以想搬去温哥華。我知温哥華的生活指數係比多倫多哥d，又知自己去到温哥華會無工作，所以想攞多d資料。請問温市的屋係咪跌咗好多呀?

I have been living here for 11 years... I don't think the cost of living is higher in vancouver than in toronto... it all depends on where you shop and buy things.... I do agree that real estate is more expensive in vancouver.....

Home prices in Vancouver dropped about 10-15% in the last year....

嘩GoCanucksGo你住咗11年啦，你鐘唔鐘意果度呀? 我覺得温哥華應該好住d起碼天氣好d, 風景好d。我想問吓一間3間房(大約1800-2000呎)的屋要有花園, 在中等地區的屋大約幾錢呀, 當然prefer新屋啦, 遠d都ok, 因為無小朋友，想知大約幾錢呢? 我見white rock果度好似幾靚! 真係唔好意思咁多問題呀!
