I attended the 產前講座 in Sanitorium Hospital when I was 20 weeks pregnant. The course is about $1000 for at least 6-7 lessons. I remember that I received a lot of gifts/sample from the Sanitorium on the first lesson. The lecturer/nurses are very very experienced and the course is very useful. They have a Breastfeeding Course and its only few hundred dollars for 2 lessons which are useful too.
I suggest u attend the course asap and u can learn more to make you & your bb healthy.
