唔好意思, 我今日去過書城, 都見好多古仔書, 有的是你們提到的, 但由於是簡體字, 我唔敢買. 我怕bb會混亂了繁/簡體字. 這些簡體字書你們會同bb一起睇, 還是讀比bb聽, 會有混亂的情況嗎 ? thanks

Last time I saw a set of [Pingu English book set] available at 國風書店. (You better call them and ask if they are available now.)

I visited to the bookstore at Mongkok again yesterday, I found a lot of kids book (especially you may find books from 北京童趣出版社) available at
愉林書軒.

話說我睇完FXPC的介紹後，下午即去旺角蒲，去完大陸，再去國風，o甘我梗係唔得閒理個女啦，我同老公系度自己勁看書，點知個女自己找o左本o甘o既書來係o甘睇：

我見佢o甘like都係$12重有埋CD-Rom，o甘就買啦，但係後來看看下，點解好似wide eye的書呢？
有無人可以知道係唔係wide eye的書呀？

我係國風堂購買了an owlet這本書, 不過返家詳細看過後, 發覺有個英文字串出來是bridcage, 但應該無這個字, 正確係birdcage- 鳥籠. 唔知你有無發覺這個問題.

I visited the bookstore at Mongkok last week and I found another (御書房) new bookstore on the 3/F 旺角西洋菜街63號. There was not a lot of kid's book (you may find the Disney Magic English, GO GO) now, but there are quite a lot of fictions (like Cheung Siu Han ~$2X @), history and science books.

書價人民幣１：１換算另打85折

Thanks for sharing!!! I have visited those bookstores recommended by you and grap many good stuff!

I have visited 御書房 last Wed, by that time they don't have that much children books wow! anyway its good to know that we have more choice now!

By the way, I'm interested in your recommended
"First step to read" by DK, as I am a BIG FAN of DK!!

What's the appropriate age for this set of books?? and can you share with us the websites for Chinese Publicer?

Also I have bought some DK's 外研社·DK英汉对照百科读物:

(I'm asking them to see if they can find this set of book for me !)

Actually, if you search through the China Website, you'll feel amazing that the Publishers in China have imported lots of the good books from western countries.

My son is also interested in animals, fish, insects, plants, science. That's why I buy quite a lot of these books for him. I chose some of the topics from DK's 外研社·DK英汉对照百科读物 too. Those books are really worth buying for only $6.X.

Moreover, did you buy the 外教社 with LONGMAN
ENGLISH GRADED READER SERIES (level 3, 5, 7, 9)?

There are lots of interesting topics for this series (e.g. a day at the zoo, a week in space, a year on the farm , a dayu with birds, fish, fire fighter, volcanoes, einstein, the olympic games, princess diana, dinosaurs, greek myths, environmental protection, etc........).
