My BunBun Passport & Working Visa is also expiry during the contract period. But she can apply a new passport in HK Philipino Consulate and get a new visa in HK Immigration. They no need to get back to Philip for renewal.
because she came to work since Oct 2003, at that time my baby just born, so I apply to extend her visa, but the immigration only extend one year, and I have holiday in this month, so I want her go back to phillipine in this month.
Now, I try to ask the immigration to extend her visa one year again.
But if she really need to go back to phillipines, where can I buy the cheap ticket? and realiable?
I think you better check why your mail said that she needed to go back to Philipines. As other said, she can renew her passport and working visa in HK. (She came here since Oct 2003 means that she hasn't been here for 2 years). If she insists to go back, you better check whether she borrow money from any financial agency.
BTW, your maid should know which airline provides cheapest ticket. You can just ask her to arrange it. Normally, they will take the "Oriental Pacific" which has ticket around HK$1,200 for a round trip from HK to Philipines.
The story is my maid has work for my friend's family about four years, then the maid work for me immediately, so my friend give the air ticket's price to the maid, we apply her visa extension, that means she didn't go back to phillipines and work for us, however, the immigration only extend her visa one year, so can I apply to extend her visa for one more year now?

Under new regulation, you can't extend her visa for one more year. She must go back to Philippines within the first year.
That's right. The maid has to leave HK and re-enter HK within the first year. But the new rule doesn't specify that the maid has to go back to country of origin, meaning we can send the maid to Macau or China. I called up the Immigration Hotline to clarify this specific point, and the officer there told me so.
