采葉庭 is more convenient in transportation. As you can walk to the West Rail.

However, 蝶翠峰 has balcony. I love balcony, specially i can hang my clothes there & my dog can go toilet in the Bal.

Also, there are 3 buses to HK Island in the morning, & 1 mini bus to TST.

Besides, the 968P (the additional 968 from park area) would stop in 蝶翠峰's bus stop.

However, it is not very convenient for shopping while living in 蝶翠峰.
