i've been in toronto for almost 6 yrs, no snow blower. just use the shoval and did it manually.
but if you ask me, i will prefer the gas instead of the electricity. as snow is wet. and just afraid it will have the short curcuit..
We live in Toronto too. We didn't buy any snow blower and we just use shovels. Of course, if you have a big drive-way and the backyard needs to be clean up as well, then you might consider to have a snow blower. If you decided to buy a snow blower, buy a gas one and Honda engine is really reliable. My dad uses his for 8 years already.
