我近倆日發現乳頭有一點白色及乳房有硬塊,一個乳腺口無奶出,唔知這樣是不是乳腺炎,我已轉移BB餵奶位置用熱毛巾按摩及BB食唔哂會擠出,但過一些時間又脹又痛

,都唔知點算好啦

you have to massage the hard area in order to let the milk out. If you have no fever, it shouldn't be 乳腺炎. if symptom persists, better consult a doctor asap before the symptomit get worse.

u can remove the white dot by using a sterised needle.
