I received my eye mask yesterday and have couple questions, please see if you can help me.
The brochure that came with the eye mask, it showed that there's hydrogel on top of the black part (thermage electrodes) and on top of the micro power supply, mine only has gel on top of the micro power supply, not on the black part, is yours same way? Also on the instruction, it said leave for 20 minutes, remove and discard, is the mask only good for the one time ( 20 minutes)?
I will send a email to the agent asking him the same questions, meanwhile if you can help by telling me if yours is exactly same so I know there's no missing parts in my mask.
