Same happened to me in Aug when my maid (has renewed contract with her before back to Philippines) did not show up. We waited for her for 2 more weeks, reported to Immigration and hired a new one who can just on board 1 months ago. From Aug to Oct, our 2 kids are temp taken care by my parents. It's SUPER headache!! Now, we are more smart that we should retain part of her salary and sign a letter before holiday...
