有一個容易入睡嘅巧妙,就係播放 White Noise,White Noise 包括冷氣機聲、風扇聲、水流、落雨、郊外雀鳥聲,呢 d 聲音好能夠幫助入睡,Youtube 好多呢 d White Noise 影片,搵一條播 15 分鐘嘅就好容易訓到。外國 d 父母想 BB /寵物訓覺都會播呢 d 聲音。我依家好淺睡,好容易醒但係難訓(靜得制訓唔到),但係聽呢 d 聲就好快訓到,唔聽要 2 個鐘,聽左 30 分鐘就訓著。
