i have the same problem too! my baby will be 11months when we go to hokkaido january2009....he dislikes congee and loves milk.

as i know playtex and avent have bottles that can fit disposable lining inside the bottle....but my baby is used to bfree....so still thinking wat to do about it and quite pricey to get another set of bottles...i think there's no need to steam the bottles near 1 yrs of age. and i also see a brand with owl logo has uv sterilizer for just the nipple/teat. I saw this product in wing-on before.

any solutions from other bk mom here?

其實13個月大的BB好多野都食到啦、日本D蛋糕同麵包都好好味，麵(用剪剪碎，容易喂)、飯都OK架，基本上不用太擔心。

我上個月同我13個月大bb去左日本! 我係荷花買左d消息藥丸用黎浸奶咀~ 浸半個鐘左右! 自己再帶d 洗奶樽liquid 晚晚返酒店洗奶樽~ d 奶咀同奶樽洗完浸完, 再用熱水碌幾次先用~

我買左好多即食粥, 又朝朝係酒店偷白粥, 但最後都無乜點食到~ 因為bb好奇, 乜都唔吃~ 其間比包包佢吃~

我係荷花見到d 即棄奶樽同普通奶樽無乜分別, 可以換其他brand 既奶咀, 但係用一次就要掉好似好side好唔環保, 所以我都最後都用番自己用開既nuk 膠奶樽~

1 月既hokkaido 會好凍好冷, 記得帶多d厚衫同厚被比bb仔~

我上個月一家四口去左日本, 細仔11個月大,去到主要飲奶, 另外食飯團,拉麵,烏冬,蛋糕,麵包咩都食一餐. 奶樽我用playtex即棄奶袋,帶多幾個奶咀頭夜晚在酒店boil.

i know...but wondering if i should get a down jacket for bb. but is 11month bb too small for snow boots? coz i think his feet will be sooo cold with just normal shoes (and he loves to pull his shoes off, yikes!)

wow...your little boy can eat udon and ramen! i don't know about my bb, he seems to have difficult swallowing solid food, every time he eats finger biscuits he chokes...he can only eat the Gerber star biscuits (coz it melts easily). I hope by the time we go to Hokkaido next month, he can swallow adult food more properly. (he just turns 10 months this week).

is playtex disposable easy to use? how many more teats you bought for one day outing? are there lots of gas when he drinks? coz my bfree is really anti-colic...but if i don't buy playtex and bring my bfree, i'll also remove the inner parts because it's just too much trouble washing them after one long day of travelling.

一定一定要帶down jacket! 特別去郊區, 超凍, 我上個月去hokkaido都已經好凍~小朋友唔洗用snow boots啦~ 反而大人要著snow boots同小心d~ 因為通常大人抱小朋友多~

係呀, 我細仔成日跟哥哥食野, 所以食野係佢強項黎呀.

我一共帶左4個奶咀頭去, 一餐奶一個. playtex 即棄奶袋唔會飲到BB成肚風,因為佢係一個膠袋咁, 個奶袋只會愈飲愈"lift"就好似抽真空咁, 同埋BB都成1歲,有氣都會"urr"返出黎, 應該唔會嘔奶既.

that's why he can eat adult food with ease! i'm just wondering if a 11month old baby can start to eat marinated food????

i will see see the playtex bottles when i get to nurse association then....it sounds quite okay!

我當時都落雪啦, 唔算好大雪~ 但地下都有雪, 都好"sin" , 自己只係著波鞋, 勉強應付到~ 如果無snow boots, 可以去到當地既便利店買d "鞋爪"甘既物體! 當snow boots 甘著~
