新城市呢個價只可以買到2房細單位...
對面偉華同希爾頓250就買到大單位...

其實大圍會有更多選擇....1百到尾都可以買個大單位...

不過最緊要方便小朋友上學,
不用再搭車就最好!

I want to buy a house near Sha Tin too!
However, I quited my job this Oct. and no job may be difficult to apply mortage!

We wait for long time for property price drops, however it's difficult to borrow money from Bank without a stable job!
