印傭上工第8天,即年初一偷糖,車厘子吃,要炒嗎? [複製鏈接]

印傭上工第8天,即年初一,99買車厘子來,及後去喝茶.晚上後來在cam看到偷紅枣吃.但當時我在家中.(因叫她取紅枣核,有一大堆)
逼問下原來還偷糖,車厘子吃,(但我不在家中)?早上己給她一堆糖,還特地包括印尼糖.
但她來我就己說有一工人因偷2星期即炒.如偷即報警.再三向她說.她來買了好幾件衣服,外套給她,新年利是.
除此,她前一晚用我小朋友浴盆浸浴.因我肚痛急用toliet揭發,當時她一大堆玩具放入水盤中,水是熱的.她身包毛巾,頭上水在滴.自己的衣服放在浴缸中.
又一天去吃m記,叫她先吃飽帶細b去飾櫃免扭計.但她竟抱細b坐下看雜誌,我問她,她竟說bb看,但bb眼看另一方向???????
要炒,換人嗎?

你如果同佢講過以前試過有工人偷嘢報警即炒佢知, 你唔係言出必行, 佢唔會驚你的.
但你覺得係咪咁嚴重先? 如果係, 你咪炒囉. 如果唔係既, 咪叫佢寫低自己做左乜, 叫佢買番車厘子, 糖果, 浴盤俾你囉

算啦,咁小事.大方d請佢食,人地打工啫,又唔係偷錢,你對工人好,你對阿b就係最好的身教.

但依家既問題唔係大唔大方, (樓主已經好大方, 為印印安排好所需) 而係個印印好似唔多聽駛.....

樓主可試下再同個印印嚴重d講吓家規, 再犯即炒, 試下佢會唔會知驚, 如唔知驚, 炒也罷!
最好agent係免費幫你換人, 咁你唔駛咁傷.

Did you ever tell her NOT to eat those food which are not given by you ? she may think that she can eat those food rather than "steal" them.....

is she new to HK? If so, she might not understand how to take a shower yet.

比她多一次機會吧!!本人覺得工人是要教育的，　因大家不同文化及背景．．．．您看得嚴重可能佢覺得平常事。或許您家太多引誘（食物）

減紅棗洗衣車厘子準備食物時食個幾粒...我又唔覺得太大件事...不至於話偷食吧...如果巨唔系不分輕重食太多的話...做得廚房工作哩D叫試食...

之後你所講用BB沖涼 &M記睇雜誌事件...系巨唔0岩...但才上工8天...會不會是還沒投入工作環境呢...我覺得您好似唔系幾願意比D時間比D耐心去調教巨...少少唔中意就話炒...如果您不在乎炒工人的那幾千蚊就另當別論...

你試下報警丫，D差佬睬你都有味啦！其實，唔鍾意未炒啰，揾過個，又唔arm，再炒！炒炒下，你就知唔系辦法。

她是知道她不可以吃我沒允許/給她的食物及用品的,因我己再三強調甚麼是偷.

車厘子整袋放在桌上,然後我們出去了喝茶.中午12nn-2pm她自己留在家"滅"紅枣.問題在於我看cam是看到她晚上8-9pm在kitchen大模思樣咁吃(好像在自己家中一樣.)
用盆如是,也有提過.這不是她的用品絕對不可用.她也明白.我也告訴好我有cam縱使不在家中也可看到她做事.
我覺得不是大方與否的問題,錢問題事小,但怕誠信問題.再者我家真的好多食物零食吸引.我先生喜愛零食,再有
小朋友糖/餅. 我又天天喝紅枣水/黑枣茶(甜的)-- 印傭一般都嗜甜. 但怎防工人偷吃呢?

她第一次來港,做事ok.

我是不想經常check工人喇,我是housewife在家的.好像她那麼快就多事就心有芥蒂似的.她有經常看我在做甚麼的. 如果不是要跟小朋友功課真不想用工人.

If you have already told her that you have IP cam at home, and she still 大模思樣咁吃, I think that she is going to force you to fire her.

Have you talked to her if she likes working in your family?

I will suggest you to tell her what you prefer and what you expect from her.

If there is no improvement, you will take necessary action.

公主嚟時我已聲明唔可以食未得允許o既食物, 暫時未發現佢違規, 我都覺得唔係食物價值問題, 而係誠信問題, 連咁小事工人都守唔到, 以後點樣去相信哩個人, 信任哩個人, 將成頭家交俾佢嚟打理?

I hate this so much!! My ex yan always pay attention to what we are doing, even when we go shopping, her job was to look after my baby, but she only paid attention to what we see and what we buy, neglect my baby while she's standing beside the trolley...totally no privacy with a maid like this both at home and when go out....

I think your maid is young (not married) & no working aboard experience. If yes, I suggest you to ask agent to help on this for the rules you gave her and to follow. After agent talk to her, you also gave her warning letter (must be in writing). Her behaviour is not a matter of money to you but 誠信．But if she has working aboard experience and still behave like this, she is not a kind of maid that listen to you. You hv to find a new one to replace her. My 1st maid long time ago do the same. Finish all soft drink, desert, instant noodle, snack in house. Even we found out that she still denied it was not her (my baby was only 8 months old by the time and it was only she & my baby in house in day time). Since I was first time to hire maid, I was not serious to her. Finally, it was nightmare to my family and fired her after 1.5 year. I regret to fire her so late and caused me such bad life by the time. I think she may meet some bad friends in HK and who taught her some bad behaviour and told her it was easy to find a new employer in HK now.

I suggest that you write a reminder stating all these and ask her to sign for acknowledgement. You can also use the appraisal form in 僱傭天書 and talk to her seriously on these again. If there's still no improvement after doing all these, you can write her a warning letter. Remember to read also "how to issue warning letter" in 僱傭天書 well before and do not ask the agent to write.

OK, I will check it. I talked with her that she want to stay to earn money and hard working after that.

By the way, why not through agency to issue documents?

有時你想工人對你d小朋友好,
你都要對佢好小小,佢地離鄉別井打工,
唔知香港人d規矩,慢慢教拉,最緊要佢肯聽
不過我自己就買左兩個盤(唔同顏色),
話比佢知一個係要黎洗bb衫,
另一個比佢洗自己衫,費事佢亂黎

If you have read the "warning letter" part in 天書, you will understand more about the "art"of issuing a warning letter, i.e. how you can make it the warning "work". Most of the agents know nothing about all these personnel matters.
As I'm on vacation now and will be back to Hong Kong tonight, let me answer you tomorrow !
