Yes, but normally I would have a cover letter as well to specify that this helper name xxxxx under the contract no. of xxxx and HKID no. xxxxx , has agreed to resign and you will cease to take any responsibility as her employer effective since xxxxx. Please find attached her resignation notice.
Apart from fax, I will also scan and email that to Immigration too. I receive their confirmation letter pretty soon (only within a few days).
