Yes ar, it's my home. Luckily it is rented instead of bought. This flat is also newly decorated ga. However, the pipes are old and they are belongs to the building instead of the owner. The scene in the video already is the less serious condition ga la. Because when the condition is serious, both my husband and I need to remove the water urgently and have no time to take video. The real scene is at least 10 times more serious than that in the film, especially when those live in the above flat use water, e.g. from 7:00pm to 1:00am, when they have bath, cook dinner and use washing machine. It costs less than 5K now.
Yes ar, I've already reported to police, building departments and district councillor ga la. Actually, building department already formally request this building to repair the old pipes long time ago. However, even reminder resend and resend, still have not replaced the old pipes. Only the owner of those suffered apartment pay for themself. My case is dirty water. The apartment opposite to mine suffered from feces pipe breakage tim ar, around 2 months ago.
So you all must beware in case you need to buy or rent any flat in this building.
For me, moving into this building is really a drastically wrong decision. I choose this building only becasue my daughter is being taking care by her grandparents jar, as they live nearby.

How about 曉光閣 ? same problem ?
Compare to 曉明閣, 曉光閣 is less serious. Because it's location would not face wind so directly. However, breakage of pipes also occurs every often. Compare to normal building, both 曉明閣 & 曉光閣 is terrible.
For 曉明閣, my floor, 4 of us sufferred from breakage of sewage pipe and feces pipe respectively (From Jan - Jul 09, total 12 units each floor). Please note that I'm not living in low floor, total 26/F, and I already live above 13/F ga la. 2 days after the pipes in my unit has been repaired, the one just 1 floor below mine, suffered from breakage of sewage pipes as well.
By the way, for out of electricity and toilet water in Summer, occur in both 曉明閣 and 曉光閣. Luckily, I rent instead of buy. Otherwise, the maintenance cost each year would be quite high.
