I lived Mei FOO before. The traffic is really convenient. But you have to consider :
(1) No clubhouse for baby / children to play
(2) The lift cannot reach the top floor and the machine is very noisy (if you choose the top floor to live)
(3) The roof gate could not be opened when there is a fire - it is really dangerous
(4) Everybody could go to the open area of the estate, there creates problems such as bad hygiene and crimes
(5) the maintenance fee for such an old estate is very high

But old law
I want to move outside also , I am cehcking outside, but .......... too expensive la
So I will choose Mei Foo again
