Some mummy ask me why I buy this flat as this is not a famous estate? Before I visit 碧濤花園三期
, I don’t even think about it. But after I visit it, I am attracted by its view, (對正馬場而無被看台阻隔，無馬路也無噪音) as well as its 實用面積 which allows me to have 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 maid room in the kitchen, 1 store room, and 露台 . If you have children, it provides a very good environment and fresh air to the children, and there is a kindergarten and primary school nearby.

Of course, there is something you need to give up. The transportation and the shopping areas is not as convenient as those big estates. Nevertheless, 碧濤亦有村巴往九龍塘、沙田市中心

The above is just an experience sharing, not to hard sell the flat. Just ignore it if you don’t like it.
