有機的果汁wont have higher營養!!! It is bascially free from unnecessary pesticides!
I strongly recommend home made. 出面買既 lost most of the fibers and vitamins cos they need to produce it in very high temperature so that the product is free from bacteria.
just buy a philips blender, it is very easy to make juice/bb food!
