Yes. I've once enquired this from the Labour Dept and the Visa expiry date should be referred as contract finish date , not the date on teh contract..

If she leaves your house on the visa expiry date, she cannot stay any longer unless she has signed another contract with new employer (hearsay)...Better check it from the Immi!!

四月廿六是也。。你工人ロ岩!!!!唔駛理Contract个日期。
