話說早1星期多入境處批了新工人visa, agent話佢最快都要上training 2 weeks先黎,最快都要4月頭,咁我4月6號又去旅行,so我千丁萬祝agent我新馬10號先到港....
但尋日agent打比我...
A : 太太,你工人xxx明天搭飛機到HK..
me : huh??我叫左你地10號先到喎?
A : O?? then the staff passed the phone to her boss...
B : 你唔係話你好urgent 咩?
me : 我同你地同事講我要去旅行所以我10號先得,叫左你地唔好咁快黎住
B : which staff?
me : the one who has wears glasses, i saw her writen down in my maid profile also..
B : 或者你收左佢先?
me : 唔啦.黎幾日我唔放心放佢自己係屋企
b : then u can let her to live in our boarding house when u go travel
me : 唔啦,我呢幾日要返工無人teach 佢..
then anothers boss saying things behind...
B2 : then let's her living in our boarding house until 10 la..
me : 咁人工係咪由10號開始計?
B : yes..
問題黎啦.... 佢report duty 係10號,但佢今日已到HK...呢10日佢無人工,好似好慘,但無理由我要佢3日但要比10幾日人工佢同boarding house $$....
and according to the law, i need to start to calculate her salary from the date of she arrived HK.... how can i do now?? pick her back home or just pretend dont know everything and let's her staying at boarding house until 10 apr??
u can ask her to take no pay leave, or advance the weekly rest day + any forthcoming labour holiday. most important get her signed the documets for agreement.
