I think there is no harm at all to try gluten free diet. You can try for sometime to see if there is any improvement. otherwise you can just switch back to your original diet. In fact bread are usually made of too much white flour and sugar and it is an empty calories (not much nutrient inside) and not good for health. You can try different eggs recipe and some vegi for breakfast. (sorry I cant type Chinese with this computer). Fried eggs with mushrooms /shimp/salad/fruit seems good choice.
I read a lot of information about gluten free diet and it seems that many people can have benefits even though they are not diagnosed to have gluten sensitivity.
