Job Duties
l
Comply with proceduresto manage RMA orders
l
Handle clientinquiries in a professional and timely manner
l
Cooperate with teammembers to resolve clients’ request and internal inquiries
l
Coordinate withdelivery team for daily delivery and order received
l
Backup Supply Chain at mail room,print room, production, logistics if needed
l
Achieve yearly goals for KPI suchas Return Orders Handling Efficiency Rate and Projects
Requirements
l
Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
l
1 year working experience inSupply Chain or relevant field
l
Good spoken English& Cantonese, Mandarin preferable
l
Service-oriented andable to multi-tasking
l
Good interpersonal andcommunication skills, self-driven and responsible
l
Hands-on experience inSAP IM and SD modules is greatly favorable
Working hours
l
Monday to Friday0800-1800
