It’s very common as these kind of workouts have lots of squats and lunges focusing on your quad muscles. What’s your body fat%?
If you have high fat%, it’s just a transition period. You are building muscle but yet to reduce the fat. Keep going if you are in this category and you will see the result in few months time with high protein calorie DEFICITS diet.
If you have low body fat %, which means your quad bulking up. I’m in this category with quad muscles bulk up easily. It’s purely genetic and you cannot change it. Simply do less squats and lunges and don’t do it with weights. You will see the result soon.
