For my son, I will only take him one time to toliet around 3am then he can sleep to morning around 8:00a.m. You should ask her directly , maybe she is too hungry/thirsty/feeling cold or want to wee wee so that she can't sleep well.
Actually, I think she is not totally awake most of the time. She will just move round and round, turn from left to right, from right to left, then get up and sleep to the other side of the bed, etc for many times; mostly in the middle of the night. After that, she will sleep deep again in the early morning.
