if you have time and $, go to some prenatal class by lactation consultant. technique and psychological preparation is the most important.

Twins, I don't have the experience.
However, I would like to suggest that you need to preparation following materials.

1. Breast Pump ( Electric or Manual )
2. Breast Pad
3. Breast feeding Bra
4. Ice bag for storage the breast

Most important thing is try to learn and prepare yourself. Attend seminars and visit BK forums often to learn from those with experience.

The best investment I made in the first month is a good nursing pillow. I think it's extremely helpful for twins.

Don't worry. Just enjoy !
