my helper has the same problem. my husband asked me whether i want to confiscate her phone. i said let me think. but then he got her sim card since he cannot bear her poor performance (failing to follow our repeated instructions, always forgot to do things and gave us no response when we asked her whether something has been done or not, and use the phone until 2am to 3am each night.)
i think that she would buy another sim card sooner or later. in this case, i will confiscate her phone.
