Just want to share my experience and feeling here about MINK International Play School. My daughter is now studing PUI (International Class K3). She has started the study at MINK from nursery.
At the beginning, just tried whether she could adapt for the international program. The most impressive thing was that she had said some English vocabs (such as hungary, raisin) that I never taught her before, only after 1 week study at MINK International.
For the first 2 yrs, my daughter only went half-day program, later for K2 and K3, she has joined the full-day program.
As I know, the Chinese lessons of K2 and K3 in the afternoon will be taught in Mandarin instead of Cantonese starting from Nov 2009.
For the phonics, "Jolly Phonics" elements have been added into all international classes starting from this academic year (2009).
For K2 & K3, Miss Mira is my daughter's class teacher, she is excellant and very nice.
During around 3.5 years in MINK, my daughter do really enjoy MINK school life. So far her English level is good : ), especially at listening. (She understand the English cartoons) Actually, the school fee is very very expensive but is worthy to pay if really want her to have good English level in early childhood. (And strengthen the English ability before studying in primary school).
