I suggest the venue to be in Kowloon so that it's convenient to all families (HK Island, Kowloon and NT)
As many are concerned that the no. will drop since the venue is changed, do we need to see the new no. of participants? (because the venue can be different for 100 persons and 200 persons)
Hey, I have no ideas whether the catering counts adults or child, but for the hotel buffet, they do have a different pricing for child over 3 and adults ma. So maybe it would be better if we differentiate the categories first providing that the area must be big enough for the headcount, and the fees can always be negotiated.

hi all,
I have an initial contact with CityU canteen which organised by Maxim's, their minium charges is HKD5000, I think we have no problem on that. However, September is the begining of the school year, they will be busy in lunch time. They suggested to have a tea buffet. The time is around 14:00-17:00 on sunday
For the area we reserve is the corner of the canteen and will use the partitions to resrve for us. Actually, they have no small room for us to feed milk or change diapers. But we can request them use partitions to reserve an area for us to do those baby stuffs. I have make some comments so that easy to make decision.
Advantages:
Convenient Transportation
Cheap price
can tour around CityU
disadvantages:
not a big function room, just a partition
no small room for baby to take a nap
we need to decorate by ourselves
on Sunday
