澳洲租車

我想在 Brisbane 租車去 Gold Coast 玩 4天 , 有無租車公司介紹呀？我在 Europcar & Avis 都 Quote 過價了，還有其它平靚正的租車公司嗎 ?

除了你所說的公司外，還有Thrifty、Hertz、National等，可以check下。另外，有些租車公司同airline有聯繫，你搭完某airline抵

I use Hertz last time, and they have asia miles accrual for the rental. For cheaper car rental, you may try for budget. If you are travelling on Quatas, they have discount on either Hertz or Avis, but mostly you need to rent for a few days. You may check it out from their website. If you are booking hotels at the same time, they will offer discount for car rental also. Last time I book the hotel with accorhotels.com (the group with Novotel, Mercure and Ibis), they have discount car rental with Europcar.

我在書中得知由Brisbane 駕車去Gold Coast 有70km左右,我先生話大約1.5hr 車程.

其實我分check了好幾間的租車公司,但d 價錢都有很大分別,主要不是BASE RENTAL, 反而是其它additional charge ie tax, stamp duty, airport recovery charges, baby seat...所以都未正式confirm

以下是我有check過的公司
BUDGET
AVIS
EUROPCAR
ALAMO
COSTLESS

ALAMO 是最平的, 因COSTLESS的INFORMATION 唔多清楚所以沒有選它,BUDGET的價錢都算合理的.

i just book a car from budget company, the total cost is AU$287.95 for 4 days (incl 4 days optional excess reduction cost @22 / day)

pickup at Brisbane
return at Surfers Paradise town centre

Thanks for the info. I think the price is quite reasonable. As I found from some travel guide book that the cost from Brisbane to Gold Coast by coach/bus is around HK$175/person one way. I will travel with my husband and daughter. The cost for 3 persons is around HK$1,000 (return) so it is worth to rent a car. Why you return the car at Surfers Paradise, not Brisbane?

Which hotel you booked at Gold Coast? Because I haven't made up my mind, it is so many hotels there.

Will you go to Sydney as well? I will go to Sydney first and then fly to Brisbane during Easter.

我在Surfers Paradise 還車係因我會下一日一早搭機去SYDNEY，因我唔想去到AIRPORT又要CHECK-IN 又要還車，而且在SURFERS PARADISE 搭車去GOLD COAST AIRPORT 只係20KM 所以搭一程TAXI去會平過租多一日車。

我在SURFERS PARADISE 住ANA，你可以在HOTELCLUB CHECK

We just decided not to go to Goldcoast and stay at Sydney for the whole journey. As we only have 8 days there, in order to have a relax holidays, we will travel in the city and the outskirts of Sydney. Therefore no need to rent a car. Anyway, hope you hv an enjoyable holiday in Australia. Very nice to chat with you here.

塞車, 又多整路, 泊車又貴到死..又容易盪失路(依個係我既問題;p)
