Last Sunday, My daugther suffered from adominal pain, vomitting, diaherra. Therefore, I made appointment @ his clinic early morning and the nurse replied that consultation could be made around 11:15am.

We brought her to clinic around 11 am and wait there for nearly an hour. As my daughter was really sick and we were so worry and asked the nurse why kept waiting (we awared that there were no patient in the doctor room for nearly 15 mins). The nurse just replied that the doctor needed finish some paper work. There were lots of patient waiting there already. My daughter kept yelling tummy pain and finally vomitted again in the clinic. The nurse looked very dissatisfied and stared at us. Of course we understood that it caused extra work for them, however, its out of our control and will as well. We expressed our sorry and also urged that whether the doctor was available or not. 10 mins more (already 12 pm something), we finally had the consultation.

Most disappointing was, I asked why we had to be kept waiting and Dr Lee starred at me and ignore my questions. When I explained my daugther situation to him, he seemed ignoring again and just roughly checked my daugher and finished the "so call" consultation..................

As specialist, how dare he could behave like this and that "professiona" and "caring" to the patient..............

I never raise complaint or doing such thing beforehand since I understand that its the common practice for this type of "group doctor clinic". However, its really disappointing and get the parent angel if the doctor like this..............

As parent, we feel helpless and nervous and really looking forward professional advice from the professional, as named as pediatric specialist. Such kind of service is disappointing.

As understanding there's lots of kids and babe in Tung Chung and therefore I just want to share my such bad experience with all other parents and wish they could re-consider whenever you need to have doctor consultation for your kids.

李e生都係無乜愛心架啦，我個b已經唔係東涌睇，我去左睇仁安的醫生，雖然每次睇係貴d，但係有一個星期藥，通常我睇傷風咳一個星期都唔止睇一次，計起來也算唔多。東涌都無乜好醫生架啦。

Totally agree. Now, it seems none.
I also go to Jordon Champion Bldg for doctor consultation if my kids get sick. If adult get sick, we will go to Jordon and visit Dr Lawrence Wong who formerly stationed at UMP clinic and Tung Chung Cresent but now operate his own clinic in Jordon.

Luckily that its not only my impression..........................

講開又講
上個星期日我發咗廿幾個鐘燒
有咗七個幾月
打去盈健睇下佢可唔可以急症睇我
跟住佢地話要開會，唔接人睇-.-
急症都唔睇...佢地真係無咩"人性"

打去東堤嗰間到book啦
但係d好唔專要嘅姑娘以"而家full咗，因為E生要準時走，所以睇唔到你"
大肚７個月，燒咗廿幾個鐘，都算係急症呀！
因為個E生要準時走而唔睇急症...e德何在...

結果我打的去咗瑪嘉烈急症室
５０分鐘內睇晒e生，攞埋葯，攞埋sample染豬流感
仲快過診所多多聲！

我自己睇開富東嘅林偉樑E生
覺得佢好好喎！
有次我氣管敏感，佢見我咳，即刻畀杯暖水我飲
問我洗唔洗煮飯，我話餐餐都要...
佢叫我戴住口罩煮會好d
我話我屋企無口罩，佢即刻畀咗兩個我
仲畀咗兩張紙我話我要戒口戒d咩！
真係好少西e會叫人戒口...佢真係例外㗎喎
我真係覺得佢唔錯！
佢駐診時間唔多，平時都係李家潤e生睇我多
都覺得佢ok嘅...
但林偉樑真係掂
我９點去book,d appointment都book到１２點！
勁多人想睇佢囉！
所以我覺得佢唔錯...而且食咗佢d藥都幾有效~

我都覺得呢個醫生既態度唔係幾好. 你睇清楚佢個時間表, 開工開足七日, 只得半日唔係診所, 其實做野做到咁都好有問題. 邊度仲有心情理病人.

若果無其他choice, 你可以去盈健鄺醫生, 雖然佢唔係兒科, 但係對小朋友好細心, 佢都有做過兒科既經驗. 好多時我都會揀佢先, 佢果日無返我至去李醫生.

富東嘅林偉樑E生真係几好, 上次仔仔發燒, 林E生用左成20 mins 同我解釋小朋友發燒成因, 其實仔仔都唔嚴重, 但佢都好細心睇 . 第二日仲叫個姑娘打黎問仔仔好未。

Dr. Lee Wai XXX is not a good doctor now, may be he was very hard working and doesn't like enjoy his work.....as I remember that I consulted him due to has cough and throat pain, his manner is too bad, not care and just only 2 or 3 mins consulted to me and he always watched the computer....then I ask for him "please give me the Antibiotics", then he say no....and blame me, in this time I felt very unhappy, why the doctor not caring the patient and impolite, so the first choice I will consult Dr. Kwong or other clinic....

我都帶個我個囡去睇佢,佢都無乜heart睇既,除我個囡d衫檢查果陣d手勢仲粗粗魯魯咁,之後無再睇佢! 而家睇番cc樓下既葉醫生,雖然佢唔係兒科,起碼心理上好好多,佢都好細心!

我都係同個仔睇"李x健醫生"我都覺得
佢無心機睇,問佢野又唔多答人.
依家只係帶個仔去打針咋!
而睇醫生就去返富東(自己+仔仔都係)
林偉樑都睇過真係好好,不過
好多時都撞唔到佢係到!
所以都係睇李家潤多.
不過李家潤都好cool+惡嫁

Me too. My daughter started to see him from birth for 2 years. Really don't know which doctor to go.

我和我小朋友都睇開佢, 可能人夾人啦, 通常睇佢一次就好番, 一睇其他就起碼兩次, 宜家唔知轉睇邊個好
