sweet vingear with salty egg:
Boil the egg first and then use ice water (must be very cold one) to soak the egg. Change the water if the water becomes warm. Then, the shell is easy to be taken out.
Use some cheaper brand sweet vingear to soak the salty eggs. Must soak the eggs for at least 3 days. When the sweet vingear becomes too salty, change the vingear with new one. After a fews days, the "salty sweet vingear" must be through away.
Serve the soaked salty egg with the sweet vingear with pick knuckles and ginger would be very nice Let me know if you want any more details.
