I'm going to fire my maid soon. If I scheduled to fire her on 27-Mar, then which day of the air ticket i need to book ? book 27-Mar ?

My friend told me that if the maid stay 14 days at HK, i need to responsible for what had happened to her. Is it true ?

我都想知！我個“辭工”印話向我個樹做完之後就會去第二家度試工再返鄉等，咁我都要負責？

FOR EXAMPLE : 如佢4月1日係LAST DAY, 甘你買比佢既杌票要買14日內(BEFORE 4月14日) , 不過唔可以遲過14號...

咁佢試工期間有咩損傷，我係唔係唔駛負責㗎？

People usu buy an open ticket. she can change the date herself. hard to get a seat around Easter tho. better book early. She has to leave within 14 days after contract ends.

U need to notify immigration and insurance company as soon as she leaves your flat and u are no longer responsible for what happens afterwards if u have already given her all the salary, pay in lieu of holiday, $100 transport subsidy and a return ticket. Make her sign for everything. NEVER pay cash.

what"試工"? u said u are firing her.試工 is illegal in the first place, of course no insurance agent will pay if any accident happens. But if she is terminated, not your problem any longer.

唔係我炒佢，係佢搵咗工再同我辭職。我諗佢喺等我呢邊完咗就去新僱主到做幾日，再返鄉等，睇吓人哋係唔係真係請佢。
