My son is going to pm nursery class in sept this year but he used to sleep between 1 to 3pm. At nite, he goes to sleep at 9pm. Can anyone advise me how to change his schedule so he can be more energetic in the afternoon??

Should i delay his bed time at nite to say 10pm?

He used to wake up early in the morning at around 630/ 700/730am.

PLS HELP!!
