I've made tomato soup for macaroni for my daughter.
3 - 4 tomatoes
2-3 red onions
1-2 bay leaves
pinches of flour
small amount of butter
a small box of fresh cream
a cup of chicken broth (you may use water instead)
1. Heat a pan / wok with oil and then add butter.
2. put the red onions in and fry them to brown
3. add the tomatoes to pan / wok until there is plenty of water from the tomotoes.
4. put the tomatoes and red onion to blender to blend and form tomato mixture.
5. heat pan / wok again with oil and butter, then add the flour to fry for a while.
6. add tomoto mixture and chicken broth / water and bay leaves to the pan / wok
7. when the soup boil, taste it and add some salt and sugar
8. turn off the fire and add the fresh cream.
