K3完成 0RT 後，我們兜兜轉轉了半年，該找那些合程度的書？
參考過好些 BK媽媽的建議，我們試過：Magic Tree House, Cam Jansen, Junie B First Grader, Horrible Harry, Horrible Henry.



這些孩子都不愛讀下去，因為"本書唔靚、少圖、D字太密..."。
不過這些較平，減價時買定一兩本看門口，都好！

再試 Geronimo， 夠 colourful 夠多圖，不過孩子雖然讀到，卻其實明唔晒。

最後又啱程度，孩子又有興趣的，有這些：

Pixie Tricks （隨書送貼紙）



I Can Read （Level 2）有很多選擇，經典的有 Frog & Toad,



搞笑的有The High-Rise Private Eyes , 連 Batman 也有。



Young Puffin 和 Chaheleons 也有吸引又易看的故事。



Jacqueline Wilson 這兩本比較淺，故事也天馬行空，成功被揀中！



Orchard 出的 Greek Myths 有單個故事的（10 冊），也有合集。
故事、文字和彩圖都很好！



Usborne 的 Young Readers 就更好。
書靚、圖靚、titles 多，有 level 揀，不過很貴！



故事書以外，其實也有很多好看的知識書可以試：

Eggmont Banana Storybook series is also a good choice at this age.

我都諗緊這個問題, 咁啱見到你的介紹,
真係好好呀
我想問你仔仔讀完stage 9 之後開始讀其他系列嗎?
還是讀埋ORT robin先?

我仔仔睇左幾本Usborne First Reading,
我覺得幾好, 字大, 都幾適合咁細個小朋友

現在開始看Usborne Young Reading &
Step-into-reading level 3~~

A-Mum, I want to have some reference only. You said your kid finished ORT at K3. Does it mean he is only K3 or promote to K3 and finish means he can read it out by himself? And you said "completed" ORT, you mean all the Level 1 to ?

When your boy starts reading it?

My girl only reading the picture only. How can you start to teach your boy reading it?

We are lucky that their kinder has a good reading scheme, starting at nursery class ie age 2.

My boy actually was below average in his class but he caught up at K3.

I think we just have to keep them interested and make reading a habbit. Every kid has his own pace. When the time comes, they can progress very quickly in just a few months. :)

You can choose the Tree Tops Stage 9 from Oxford also.
It is a short fiction and helps the kids to step into the fiction series!

I also want to find some good book for my girl, she is 5 years old and already finished Oxford Tree Top level 11. She also crazy in princess tresury and can read chapter book...I want to introduce some book need is some magination and boarden her knowledge in other aspect....
I shall go to bookfair and have a look for you guys introduction, thank you for sharing.
