因為年尾要MOVE去MELBOURNE, 到時會搬埋D舊傢俬, 但就唔夠用, 0係度諗可唔可以買新0既連舊0既一齊運, 可唔可以唔DECLARE係新0既呢? THANKS!!

I have some old furnitures and new furnitures shipped together in a container to Perth. I brought 2 sets of new bed frame with mattress, 1 of 3-seat leather sofa, 1 of 2-seat leather sofa and a glass table. But I only declared the bed frame and mattress as new furnitures with a lower price. The container passed through Customs without problem.

Each person have tax allowance, but I am not sure what is the amount now.

Last time the forwarder staff remind me that it is hard for Oz custom to believe you have nothing new sent from Hk. So better declare it.

How long does it take to ship a container from HK to Australia? 1 month, 2 month or more?

You should check with your forwarder.. To Sydney is faster, to Brisbane may be slower as the frequent of shipment. Full container of share.

Last time my full container is 1 month.
