upright piano. Used by myself. In perfect condition on the outside & inside. Standard pitch. Regular tunning was performed by Tom Lee 3 times a year to maintain standard pitch. Last tunning on 11/3/2011. (tunning receipts all available). I'm a pianist myself, i seldom use this piano but i know how to properly take care of all my pianos. This is like a brand new piano. 7 years old.
